I think the problem is though especially with people such as apple, their products are not cheap, investment goes into the initial technology and advertising but after that it's all win, win for them, unless a product fails. Even then apple tend to get round their short falls, by being evasive with the truth. And let's not forget technical advances are at such a pace they sometimes are purposely delayed, because once the market is flooded with the latest editions, they have to move that product before advancing to the next stage. Again win, win for the global company, while the mug customer will part with more cash in another 12 months time, and the slave labour is paid a pittance.
