I dunno man.
The fact is this.. Emery is'nt even our manager he is just the head coach. All the good things that have happened at Arsenal lately: Ceballos, Saliba, Pepe etc.. have been down to our Technical director.
The poor tactics, weird squad selections, constant tinkering are all Emery. We're rarely playing well and when we do.. he changes things the next game.
I would take Mourinho at Arsenal over this ****.

I'm more thinking is it really worth worrying about replacing Emery if the group who chose him in the first place are still there and will choose someone else similar.
I actually turned down a 47•50 ticket quite frankly wont have gone if they paid me!I got offered platinum seats for £300 for a pair today. Glad I turned the offer down...
Embarrassing and shameful aren't even the right adjectives. This is well worse than last season.

He is selecting Xhaka and Guendouzi as the midfield pivot every single game when it is clear they do not work together. We get overrun and overpowered in midfield by teams in the relegation zone because they exploit the weaknesses of that combination. Teams streamroll us every week regardless of their league placing. He is doing nothing to respond to the danger.
What I'm watching right now is worse than anything we had under Wenger
I mean stubborn as in not realise he doesn't really know what he's doing and hang on as long as possible for the salary. Not sure how Arsenal board can justify activating his third year full stop.

Mate - there's alot of talent here in this squad. He would for sure get more out of this lot.
But I thought that about Emery.
I didn't think Emery would be as conservative in his approach as he has been. I thought he favoured a more free-flowing, high-pressing game with lots of energy and attacking intent. Instead it's the complete opposite.
We need a more attack-minded manager with good man-management and motivational skills.
What I'd do to go back in time, sack Wenger in 2015 and get Klopp...
Pepe needs to get his ****ing **** together and start scoring some goals.
