Not quite - they are 2-1 up with the current match to be completed.

If they win or draw this match they will have won the series and hence the Ashes

If they lose the series will have been drawn and then Australia will retain the Ashes having won the previous series in Australia

Not that difficult is it...?

exactly

so Australia have won the ashes until they lose them … that's how it works numbnuts

Pleased for Denly, nice 94 and while I'm gutted he didn't make it to the century, seems he's snatched another chance to open.

Smith took some awesome catches, this really has been his series. Wouldn't surprise me if he knocked all these runs off himself.

England have been good its a team slor
Well well well, it looks increasingly likely the Ashes will be drawn. Chaos looking silly right now...

hows that !! you can talk out your arse all you want really Australia won the ashes and retained them on away soil …. its not over btw

Ok Keegan settle down. I know your boys are still fighting but it’s gonna take something special. DRAWN Ashes looks likely. Fall on your sword like a true samurai.

6 down, you can probably feel the reapers breath on the nape of your neck now chaos

whos got the ashes remind me ?

ha ha only the English would be celebrating failure.

like I said after smith was bowled its not over btw another 50 without loss and youll start worrying

nevertheless its about the burned stumps and Australia still have them , so lets not pretend otherwise..

England got a draw on home soil against a better side
