Or more factually a premature observation as they haven't won yet. Still one game to go.

Which bit - they haven't won yet or one game to go?

At the moment they have retained the Ashes but series could end up being drawn. I think Pouchy tried to explain that to you before but you either didn't read it or didn't understand.

There’s no sour grapes my wummy friend - just an indisputable fact. Australia have currently retained the Ashes and will win the series if they draw or win the next game.

Whether they win the series or not they have been the better team. England were lucky to win the test they did and a win in the last game would not mean much as the pressure is off both teams now.

They are yet to win so unfortunately you are wrong. I have to say you're starting to make a real habit of being wrong too.

To win the Ashes they need to win the next test. At this stage they've simply assured they can't lose. A draw would see them retain the Ashes. A victory would see them win the Ashes.

I would answer the question but I don't think its relevant in deciding if Australia won. That is quite clear. They are leading, they have yet to win. They have however retained the Ashes. Simple as that really <cheers>

Mick, you'd have more success getting a Brexit proposal from Corbyn. The one they call 'Pouchy' is a special talent. You should have been here during the Pardew years.

Trust me, it hasn't. Normal rules of debate don't apply to Pouchy. Once you start, there's only one result - you lose. That's not to say It (Pouchy) wins, but losing is certainly your only outcome.

I've answered the only thing I'm interested in. I've told you before I like accuracy and I'm a stickler for it. I like to call out bullshit. Statements like "Australia have won the Ashes" are obviously horseshit so must be called out.

who won the ashes ? Australia and they still haven't lost them... sorry but im right .

you like to fool yourself don't you

you like accuracy ,but will not answer a closed question … an interesting notion

if Australia didn't win the ashes then why have they got them ?

just answer the questions … then you will understand

again Australia have been better in every department and are the better side

I can tell you who won all the historical ashes. Its not relevant to who won the current Ashes series. That is no one as yet. I expect Australia to get that job done though.
