Indeed. I don't think this is just Boris though is it. Corbyn and these rebels have shown zero willing to actually get on and work with the government to deliver the best possible deal for the country.. At virtually no point in 3 years have they bothered. There was a point when the public started to turn their guns on Corbyn and Labour under May where he paid lip service for a couple of weeks but that was it. Their petty squabbles and allegiances should have been put to one side for the good of the country after the vote. They should all have worked together full tilt to deliver a very important moment in our history.
Instead they are focused on getting themselves an election to get a crack at, or trying to get the remain vote risen from the ashes. Its all about getting something out of it for themselves and furthering their own agenda. Boris's action is termed undemocratic. It may well be, but its in response to their undemocratic behaviour over three years. They set us off down that route in my opinion. The planning and work we've done since to enact the vote has been a disgrace to the political system in this country. I keep hearing its the government and their skulky plans careering us towards exiting the EU and no deal. I'm pretty sure the public decided the first part quite some time ago. The government didn't force anyone to vote to leave contrary to the populist view that everyone was duped by NHS promises or the press etc. Has no one listened for the past 30 odd years? We've never sat happily within the EU since the beginning, and certainly there has been a long held portion of public opinion we'd be better off out - so I wish people would stop pushing these falsehoods that the leave campaign lied their way to success. They certainly did lie as did the remain campaign, however their success wasn't founded there sadly. Funnily enough that is campaigning worldwide too - lies and false promises! The fact that underlying public feeling got crystalised into a vote is something Cameron is told to take responsibility for, he opened Pandoras box (though again pretending its him alone is comical). I personally don't think we should have been asked, our elected representative should have been able to agree that without public help.
As I say this is not just Boris, May, Corbyn etc. Its every single one of them virtually. There will be ones in there who have tried to do their actual job. The vast majority haven't. We should have been able to work diligently on delivering Brexit while dealing with other business. Instead the remoaners within the political system have set about creating chaos for 3 years defiantly trying ignore the very clear task they were given by the vote. They have paralysed this country selfishly regardless how complicated the issue is. And their colleagues have allowed them to do so with wishy washy leadership. I think what makes me laugh is when you point out what a set of ****s these rebel MPs have been, all that ever comes back in response is ****e about the NHS promises, Boris's mind changing traits etc etc. Yes yes he's a **** and they were for lying. That simply doesn't excuse the rests behaviour though or help us get a deal.
I didn't want to leave. However I wanted the ensuing mess created by remoaners even less I have to say. I also don't agree that rejoining in the future should things not work out doesn't necessarily mean we end up ****ed on the way in. I think they'd welcome us and our contributions back. The EU is stronger with Britain in it. They would be sensible enough to take a win if it is offered hence they don't want us to leave. Not every negotiation ends up with one party getting ****ed.
