A ray of sunshine in the dark skys of Lancashire.

Lets hope the football world takes a long look at itself following the events at Bury and Bolton.

    Feel for Bury fans.

But there’ll still be a football club in Bury as their fans will make it happen like Newport County fans did and Accrington Stanley.

    Fingers crossed for Bolton.:emoticon-0148-yes:

As long as there are plastic armchair fans who support their team through the Sky red button, football will never change.. Sadly.

Walking through a park in Cardiff the other day I saw 4 kids. 2 had Liverpool kits, 1 had Arsenal and the other Man City.
Apply that principle to the north west and how many kids in Bury or Bolton wear Manc/Scouse kits?
I enjoy watching the big teams on Sky but much preferred seeing them now and again on Match of the Day or Sportsnight with Coleman.

I find the top clubs boring as hell to watch! Give me a lower league scrap over that tippy tappy nonsense any day! Especially the likes of Man City where teams cant get a look in. It's crap.

Can’t agree there. I’ve enjoyed the sky PL games I’ve seen so far this season. Exciting skilful football. Better than watching Hull v Blackburn or Reading v Cardiff<doh>

Each to their own Nin. I'm sure if we were actually playing "tippy tappy" football, I'd enjoy it more <laugh>.
