Realistically you should've won all 3 games ... missing a pen now with VAR supposedly ensuring that the keeper has to stay on his line until the ball is kicked is bordering on criminal... add to that de Gea having a complete mare ... but apart from the first 25 against Chelsea you have generally bossed it...

<laugh> ... away at the Toon tomorrow ... think Brenda might just play a stronger starting 11 than Claude did ... although, in fairness we have gone out of this cup to Citeh on pens for the last 2 seasons ....

We're ****in ****e mate...have been the whole of 2019. Poch wants out...I can feel it in my blood. Might be for the best...everything is very flat.

Allegri would get a tune out of this squad

Heard snippets of his interview this morning ... sounded very much 'on the edge' ... was uncomfortable listening tbh ...

Could be a tougher game than it initially looks that, though I'd expect your second string to be better than theirs.

Summins not right at spurs for sure. It's hard to work out what it could be as he got all his targets this summer. I thought that was his only real complaint

Our tactics are dire....that's what I don't get. From high intensity football to sideways plodding. Even if he's not 100% happy with the squad, he has like you say got some of his targets. Where's the fire in our team? For me it's Poch's negative demeanour affecting the team. Manager's personalities shine through on the players. Can't under estimate that ****. Not all him though...Eriksen aswell. Him leaving leaves us short him staying leaves us with someone who doesn't really want to be here.

Bad vibes all round

Well he may feel he has taken the club as far as they will go.
Spurs are never gonna be able to match City for spending, nor United or even Chelsea for that matter.
Last season was probably the best chance he will ever get of winning the Champions League, and 2016 was the best chance he will ever get of winning the PL, and he ****ed both of them up royally.

To be honest, even as someone who dislikes Spurs a great deal, it is surprising that they haven't won a single pot, despite having a very good team for the past 4 years.
I think he was looking to join Real this summer, but then they sacked their manager in the middle of last season, and brought Zidane back in, scuppering his plan.
So I dont think he was expecting to still be at Spurs this season, which means his heart might not be in it.
Too early to start calling for his head imo, but if, halfway through this season, Spurs are miles away from the top 4, then it might be on the cards.

I'm not calling for his head but I don't think it works in football if the manager has lost his fight for the cause. I might be wrong but I'm just going by his behaviour from how it used to be to how it is nowadays from the outset

Plus I don't like how he's dropped the high intensity game for this AVB sideways bollocks
