Our tactics are dire....that's what I don't get. From high intensity football to sideways plodding. Even if he's not 100% happy with the squad, he has like you say got some of his targets. Where's the fire in our team? For me it's Poch's negative demeanour affecting the team. Manager's personalities shine through on the players. Can't under estimate that ****. Not all him though...Eriksen aswell. Him leaving leaves us short him staying leaves us with someone who doesn't really want to be here.

Bad vibes all round
Good point about his demeanor affecting the team spirit but I just don't get why tbh.

I know you personally want eriksen gone for the reason you said but that scenario. A player wanting out doesn't always affect how they perform.

Very odd him leaving the above and vertongen out. Seems like petulance to me. Play your best team always if they are available.

It's a madness tbh I thought after getting your targets in you'd really get going this year and challenhe but not looking like it currently.

I'm not calling for his head but I don't think it works in football if the manager has lost his fight for the cause. I might be wrong but I'm just going by his behaviour from how it used to be to how it is nowadays from the outset

Plus I don't like how he's dropped the high intensity game for this AVB sideways bollocks

Yeah something has definitely changed.
AVB was a ****ing melt! **** as Chelsea manager, **** as Spurs manager, his high line, sideways passing bullshit, was never going to work in the PL.

As for Poch, he may just need some time to get over it and he may lift his chin up yet. Again, even as someone who dislikes Spurs, it would be a shame for him not to win at least one pot at Spurs, after all he has done with your team.

Well he may feel he has taken the club as far as they will go.
Spurs are never gonna be able to match City for spending, nor United or even Chelsea for that matter.
Last season was probably the best chance he will ever get of winning the Champions League, and 2016 was the best chance he will ever get of winning the PL, and he ****ed both of them up royally.

To be honest, even as someone who dislikes Spurs a great deal, it is surprising that they haven't won a single pot, despite having a very good team for the past 4 years.
I think he was looking to join Real this summer, but then they sacked their manager in the middle of last season, and brought Zidane back in, scuppering his plan.
So I dont think he was expecting to still be at Spurs this season, which means his heart might not be in it.
Too early to start calling for his head imo, but if, halfway through this season, Spurs are miles away from the top 4, then it might be on the cards.
Some good points there bod.

I ain't complaining like <laugh>:bandit:

Yup. Feels like poch is ****ed off and has had enough of scrimping around. His demeanour is all off and maybe this is part of him trying to get out of a 5 year contract he signed.

No idea why he isnt playing vertonghen or eriksen from the start against cannon fodder.

Realistically you should've won all 3 games ... missing a pen now with VAR supposedly ensuring that the keeper has to stay on his line until the ball is kicked is bordering on criminal... add to that de Gea having a complete mare ... but apart from the first 25 against Chelsea you have generally bossed it...
Should have been over in the first 25 minutes.

Said pretty much the same mate.

I’m a massive fan of Poch but it’s hard to defend him at the moment. Dropping our best CB completely whilst Eriksen has come off the bench twice is just madness. It ain’t rocket science, you play your best players to stand the best chance of winning.

RCL also made a great point on our board by mentioning how Poch has been bemoaning this supposed disruption within the squad yet he himself has spoken about potentially leaving Tottenham (more than once) to the media. He’s been more disruptive to the team than any player if truth be told because no player wants to see their manager talking about life elsewhere, it’s been made worse by his current selections and tactics in recent games too.

Poch is looking a lot like Maureen in his pissy fit days.

He ain't happy at Spurs, whether that's a combination of Levy running the rule over transfers, or Poch not getting his dream move to Madrid, it all looks like it's adding up to me winning my bet with HIAG and taking his avatar, username and sig for a whole ****ing season <laugh>

Over the last fifteen PL games, Spurs would be 17th <laugh>
