Excuse of the year so far for not attending. Put off because someone actually supports his club. And you call me a dickhead ?
It's obviously bothering you that are a bandwagon, fairweather, 'only go when they are winning', armchair supporter. Don't lose any sleep over it, you are what you are. Try posting something sensible when that half a shandy has worn off.
I couldn't give a toss about the Premier League pal !
It's a purely sanitised product that I have no interest in !
If we get new owners I will go !
If we get in the Prem with new owners I couldn't care less !
Next question ??

I started going in the dark days.

I’ve always travelled over 100 miles to games.

I didn’t have much of a choice because my dad decided I was a city fan before I was born.

I grew up in an area where the local club was winning trophies and nobody at school had heard of hull city.

I loved it.

Despite a lot of the magic being killed by the Allam’s, their shenanigans and their supporters, I still do.

I jacked it in when we got promoted in 2016. Enough was enough and it just wasn’t the same anymore, despite it still being the best of days. And these are the best of days.

Fair weather ****y chops.

Erm, who mentioned the Premier League ?
I think you should go and lie down in a darkened room for a bit.
And sending pm's is a bit OTT.

Terrible results for the two local rugby teams this weekend.

What's new ? I hear you ask.

Flicked through paper and I see neither club declare their gates these days.

And I know this us gonna sound kinda crazy!..... but even the atmosphere-o-meter and the entertainment-o-meter appear to have been properly calibrated and are now reading almost correctly with modest scores instead of the wild bullshit the paper has been carrying.

Last one out turn off the lights and all that.

There are less points between FC and Rovers who are joint bottom than there are between between FC and St Helens at the top.

Rumours that HKR have called a press conference today about the future of the ground. RH saying they have heard that HKR are buying the ground off HCC ???
Wonder if all hell will break loose like when AA wanted to buy the KC off the council ? Interesting times.
How about this for a conspiracy theory... based on the past good relations between Hudgell and the Allams, HKR buy Craven Park with their help? Heard our ground is only valued at £11m so Craven Park ? £2m max ? City move in with them after the sale has gone through, thus leaving HCC out to dry with the Kcomm left on their hands ? City then own their own stadium, partly or wholly depending on the deal and they develop it to their hearts content thus adding value to the club ?
Stranger things have happened.

St Helens have been so dominant in the league this year, despite rotating their side frequently in recent weeks. FC had 11.3k there at the weekend, KR had 7k I believe

Heard this press conference was later cancelled because 'someone in the media' spilt the beans beforehand.
The actual 'news' was that Craven Park was to be renamed, and that's it.
Seems RH hearing HKR were buying the ground was way off beam.

Hull KR CEO Mike Smith confirms club in talks with council to buy Craven Park...

Interesting. Who's organising the public march on Guildhall in opposition to this.?
Steve Brady said any future sale of the council owned KComm would HAVE to go to a public referendum didn't he ?
But if its a rugby league club doing the buying it gets waved through ?
Personally I hope it does happen because it opens the door for someone to eventually buy the KComm (KC).

If Brady and his cronies sell Rovers ground, does this mean Hudgell will develop the carpark and the surrounding land?

Surely not

There is a flourishing car boot sale on the carpark and it's part of the fabric of local life.

Where would the carbooters go ? Surely one man's greed cannot trump the people of Hull's established communal leisure activities?

...can they?

It would cost them about £30m (absolute minimum) to develop Craven Park to anything approaching a stadium to house football, then there's the question of planning permission. Would HCC ever give them the okay? Unlikely!
