You sure you want me to revive that, Pix?

Okay, mate. I will.

I can't help thinking, however, that it's going to bite you on the arse.

Just make sure you update it each week Kips, last season's attempt was pretty piss poor tbh.

Hmm.

You seem to be labouring under the delusion that Arsenal actually stand a chance of finishing above us.

Is that what you're predicting, mate?

Mate, I just want you to maintain your thread, otherwise it looks a bit ****.

Now admittedly I have only seen the highlights and been reading the match reports ... but the apparent gulf between City and Spurs yesterday has to set alarm bells ringing for the rest of the league ... City had 30 goal attempts to 3 for Spurs and one of those was a Harry Kane hope and glory from extreme distance ...

Fair play to Spurs for grabbing a share of the spoils and putting both chances away ... but it is difficult to see them as genuine title contenders to City based on that display ...

Teemu Puki for Balloon D'Or, Golden Boot and a dream move to Real Madrid based on his weekend performance

If West Ham had got a draw at yours in similar circumstances you would be making the same sort of observations that I have.

... and City came into this game after a brutal dismantling of West Ham on their own patch ... with a quite different starting line up...

So ignoring your rather predictable sensitivity "Nasty man said bad thing 'bout Spurs" ... which I didn't ... my point stands ... early days yes ... but City may be even better this time around and have moved further away from their closest opposition in terms of overall quality and depth ...

I haven’t seen us so easily outplayed like that under Poch in a long while, City were fantastic and the result was harsh on them.

We (as in Poch) didn’t help things with the formation/ selection but nonetheless City were very, very good (finishing aside).

It’s probably the most fortunate point we’ve earned in years. A massive one at that too, can’t see many sides going to the Etihad and coming back with anything other than a spanking.

Calm down...yeah City are miles ahead without a doubt.

Good luck today against the Chavs...come on Lesta.

I think you need to acquaint yourself with rule 312 . 6.
It states (and I am quoting)...

"If it is city ****em."

Case closed m' lud.

Lamela was just flicking a fly off of Rodri’s collar. Complete overreaction once he fell over.

Some people these days, eh?

It was relentless ... and from a neutral perspective, brilliant football, only lacking the final reward for all that creativity and endeavour...

As you say, a great result for you boys and anybody getting anything there this season will be a real bonus ...
