Thought Romeu and Prowse have had really good halves. Both seem to always be in the right place.

To be honest, that was a cracker of a strike and I don't think the defence could do much more
Can't be too unhappy, though would have been nice without the goal - but just in time for a good team talk. I always feel we're far more up for games against the 'big clubs' and we cope better against teams that don't just sit back. And in any case, we're not really expected to win so we can just go out there and have a bash at it.
Sounds like we've played pretty well, just need more quality finishing - heard that before. Now hopefully with the timing of that goal we won't just instantly put our heads down and give up, since we have the team talk to remind the team not to do it!

I started cheering when I heard that Mane had scored and then realised that he's not a Saints player any more... 
Solid half. Can’t worry about the goal. Just play the 2nd half like we did the first and I will be happy with this regardless of final score.
Such a great improvement from Saints, unlucky to be down 0-1, but Mane is just quality and we gave him the space. Liverpool not liking the high press. Che Adams could be a fantastic purchase, shows a lot of movement and learning the Premier League pace of play compared to the Championship, plus up against the best CB in Europe. Once again we did not take our chances but, someone has pissed off Lady Luck and we need to get back on her good side. I really detest Kloop, and his smarmy grin. Just hope we play the second half as we played the first and do not capitulate. COYR
As much as I want to see Djenepo, can't see any changes for a while. Good shape about the team.
A good strike but we gave him far too much space and time. We switched off unfortunately and I expect Ralph will be fuming.
We often switch off at the very end of either half and concede - I'm sure it's been noted, it's just how to tackle it. I wonder if they just tone down a little bit not necessarily consciously and we always get made to pay for it.
