To be honest, I’ve never quite got this ‘EU funding’ stuff.......where do they get the money in the first place ? Don’t we (the taxpayers through the government) give it to them ? Therefore why not cut out the middleman and give funding directly, thus cutting out the need to pay Tusk and Junker et all a massive wage and pension fund. NB Of course that would be my utopian dream.....one step at a time

That's nothing like it to be fair. There are a lot of thick ****s in the North who picked up free copies of The Sun with every purchase and believed the pure bullshit and acted upon it. I come across them every day of the bloody week when visiting sites. The reasons some of them give are shockingly unbelievable.
