Lamela is just not reliable in any aspect of his game. Promises, but fails to deliver far too often.
Rose is a liability defensively but that's not exactly 'news'. Neither is the pedestrian Winksy.

One decent cross in 45 mins. Bloody awful.
 
Appalling 45 mins...KWP, Rose, Toby, Winks and lloris are the only ones not poor or disturbingly ****e <yikes>
Can not see us scoring or even creating a chance...really flat performance and that has killed the atmosphere <wah>
 
Nothing has changed from last season. Concede an early goal, opposition park the bus, and Spurs struggle to score.

But the signs are there. Spurs just need to break them down.
 
Terrible half - its like having any number of matches from last season on repeat - We are so slow and cumbersome in possession and have so few options to change it. No one is playing well, think we will see Eriksen for Lamela quite soon and I would give N'koudou 25 mins if nothing has changed he cant do any worse than those who have played the first half.
 
Not sure why rose is getting most of the blame. It was sanchez busy wrestling with the striker rather than judging the flight and heading the ball

Saying that rose has been skinned a few times although looks lively going forward (great cross to moura).

The only person distributing the ball well is toby

It was useless in pre-season, it ain't gonna be creative now.
For Barca away, ok. For today, is Pochettino on the WUM ??

Ok, so been seriously wondering what Lamela brings to the team and all I can come up with is he at least clears the first man from dead balls. Other than that... nope. Not a sausage.
