**** off thundercunt.
Maguire was a "third division player" when we signed him....I got to the second line and pissed myself laughing.
While I hope I’m dreadfully wrong, a third division manager signed third division footballers on free transfers for a third division club.
Take a look around the division and see how many are investing in all manner of areas, not just players.
Aside from Liam cooper, which academy player is in a regular lineup? Serious question btw.
Maguire was a "third division player" when we signed him....
Then Sir Steve's backroom team spotted him and nurtured his talent.

Dear Supporters,
We start this new season by welcoming Grant and Cliff to their first competitive home game. Grant’s ambition, desire, hunger, and strong identity matched those of the Club and were the deciding factors in his appointment. We’re looking forward to an attacking style and exciting season of football ahead having retained key players and brought in some talented young footballers. We wish Grant, Cliff, our new players and the rest of the team the best of luck for the coming season.
In the last year we’ve seen a lot of positive changes at the Club. Supporter consultation has been key and is very important to us. We are committed to keeping positive dialogue with our 12 strong supporter committee, where the constructive feedback has led to changes which include the new fan designed Crest, the reintroduction of concessions, the removal of the joining fee, and the Club’s name is now back to Hull City.
Furthermore, having put the needs of the football club first with the conversion of the Arena to facilitate the Academy Category 2 status, we have significantly improved the standard of coaching, facilities and development of players with clear pathways through to the first team. This has culminated in 7888 minutes played by Academy players in League and Cup matches which we’re proud to say was one of the highest figures in the League last season. In addition to this, there will be even more Academy loan signings into the League this season.
We have also put further investment into a new portable Air Dome at the Academy at Bishop Burton College (subject to final planning consent) which will see the return of the multi-use surface at the Tigers Trust Arena in the near future. We look forward to seeing the continued good work of Catherine and the team, with over 25,000 individuals experiencing the benefit of our fantastic community Trust in the last year alone.
We’re committed to continue rebuilding our relationship with supporters, and strengthening the position of the Club. With this in mind, we look forward to the season ahead and hope to see more of you back at the stadium supporting the team.

Oh dear, doesn’t sound like they are going any where, any time soon.
Supporter consultation, my arse. A choice of a crap offer or a worse one.
Totally unnecessary statement, a simple “it’s goodbye from me and goodbye from him” would have been sufficient to get the masses ecstatic.

I don’t think God does preach technically?God preaches forgiveness.
Sometimes it takes the bigger man to get over something so that everything else can move forwards.
Plenty in the local rag have !The clubs name is now back to Hull City ..... like it already was , not sure what is worse , his bullshit or those who lap it up .
I'm that case, I'm a very smaller man.God preaches forgiveness.
