I like FC. Always have done (even when others, including on here, gave him dogs abuse). However, I wouldn't want to see the Harry money used on him. Why? I want it used to pay down the debt. I also want to see Bowen sold (for £15 to £20 million). Without that, we have no chance of seeing the ****s leave. And besides, there is absolutely no point in spending good money (he won't be cheap wages wise) on FC. We will achieve nothing this season, with or without him. Signing him would make absolutely no difference in that respect. We are nowhere near good enough to mount any sort of challenge. We face a depressing season of mediocrity at very best, and, way way way more depressing, no prospect of the ****s leaving. Glass half empty? No, just a realist.
I’ll be delighted it Bowen stays, but a bit gutting for the lad really. Always works hard never moans been exemplary really. He deserves his move to the bigger league.
Giovani Lo Celso is under-going a medical at Tottenham ahead of his £55m move from Real Betis. Leicester have agreed a fee around £18m with Sampdoria for the transfer of Dennis Praet. [Sky Sports]
Why can’t we just have thread for City transfers? Admittedly it wouldn’t be a very busy thread but it would save wading through numerous posts about players we have no interest in or haven’t heard of being bought by clubs we don’t care less about.
Leeds have announced the signing of France's U20 goalkeeper Illan Meslier. Massimo Luongo has left QPR to join Sheffield Wednesday.
You don't have to wade through anything, there's **** all happening and if anything does happen, it will immediately appear on the first post.
Reading the sky deadline news, it seems Everton are trying to get a CB in, just wondering weather this might have an effect on them releasing Pennington to us on loan for the season.,
Back in May... Hull City's transfer plans could see up to a dozen new players signed this summer The Tigers are braced for another summer of changes at the KCOM Stadium Hull City have drawn up plans to sign as many as 12 new players this summer as they prepare for another squad overhaul ahead of 2019-20. Gonna need to get a wriggle on lads !!!!
Phil Cadden @pjcadden Told Sporting Lisbon are lining up £2m bid for Hull’s Markus Henriksen. Short of valuation but depends whether it is enough to tempt the Tigers into a deadline day deal.
