Irks me Smith is there. In my view, his (& Warner’s) penalty was very lenient (no penalty for the accusation of bringing the game into disrepute) & should have been long enough to miss the WC & this Ashes test. Yep, he served “the time” but in real terms wasn’t much. He cheated massively, as a senior and in the test arena & only missed a couple of tests & a few other international games.
Edit: I admit, I probably wouldn’t have said this if we were winning & he’d only scored a few runs
