Not retired mukka here to work have a project im trying to get started I did want a sports bar that's gone belly up now, <wah> would still like to do it but not yet <ok>
I just love the island and its time now to start working for and with pleasure <ok>
we will see what happens

The only one to worry about is Phillips, but he has 2 years left on his contract, so goes nowhere unless we say so.
