We're getting a proper roasting online for our **** prices for away fans.

Reading and Blackburn fans have just found our we're charging £30 adults/£18 kids and OAP's.

It makes giving over the whole of the North to away fans, even more farcical, there'll barely be anyone in it.

The Blackburn one is particularly ridiculous, as it's midweek and it's on Sky.

The point about the matchday concession prices is a good one. Are they really in line with what we charged in 2011?

Here is a comparison to what City fans paid at the other 23 grounds last season:

    10 years old - average £9, max/min £17 / £2, City price £18
    20 years old - average £20, max/min £30 / £11, City price £30
    65 years old - average £19, max/min £26 / £13, City price £18

So about right for older folk, but definitely taking the piss for youngsters.

Good point. At least the high costs for travelling Reading fans will be offset by the subsidy on away travel by their owners whilst anyone going on Tiger Travel will be stung. You could almost think our owners think fans are irrelevant and don't want to encourage them.

For additional context. Brentford are charging under 18s £1 for our match there is two weeks time.

Yes, their prices last season were exceptionally good as well if I recall.

    £6 for under 18s.

I wonder if they have slashed prices against City to make a point? They are charging £6 for kids in their next home match against Derby.

Unfortunately, young Ehab is too thick to be capable of processing a message like that.

Apparently this was a City fan at Elland Road for the semi-final against Arsenal. Wonder if he was a relative of anyone on here?

He would have been escorted out at Wembley in the 2014 FACSF. Ground regs and all that.

It was good to see all the others weren’t joining in with the boisterousness.
Used to deal with a bloke at work in the 1970s who was still outraged at us being robbed against Arsenal.

If they were quoting you in the HDM you would be disgusted as well as outraged.

They should use the old film clip as evidence and award the game to us.

What’s the point in charging young kids a fortune and then having thousands of empty seats. This outrages me more than all the other **** tricks they have got up to. Let the kids come in for a quid for ****s sake you greedy twats.

Reading has come up with some crazy idea to help their fans. Totally against the Allam school of running a football club.
