    Well I hadnt played for about 18 months... that is my excuse... there were glimpses of okish golf on display.. but overall i was a complete shower.

    Simple dickhead...you could've said "sorry about the s*n reference". You might not have intended offence but a pretty dumb thing to write and an even dumber thing to think people might not take offence to it no?

    As for Rooney being like Pele in any way...he isn't fit to lace Peles boots. In fact I think it's fair to say mentioning the two players names in the same sentence is an insult to anyone who's ever played or watched the game.
