Not in the loan deal, but still a potential transfer should Real madrid agree to sell. It depends on lots of factors, if Ceballos has a good season at Arsenal and settles in London he could decide that he wants to stay. We all know that Real will spend a **** ton of cash between now and then too, and may well just buy another player in his position anyway.
A similar thing happened with Kovacic at Chelsea. He was loaned from Real without an option to buy, but then Chelsea bought him the following summer anyway.
