All the talk of Stark ripping us apart before the game and he's going at 10's!

Even Joe Root is having a day out. We could have posted the first 400 score of the WC if we'd been able to bat our 50 overs.

Has that stupid Bairstow review just cost us big time?

Jason’s not happy. Don’t blame him, Bairstow was a twat. Flatline on Ultraedge.

F**king b*stards, said Roy. Should have added cheating in front.

Shame we used the review, but to be honest was a dreadful decision by the umpire...you could tell he was uncertain.

Harsh thing to say but he was bullied into the decision by the Aussies.

Was going to say similar. He was like a cat in the headlights and indecisive. If any doubt it has to be not out.

The loss of the review was partly Roy's fault. He surely saw how plumb it was, like the rest of us?

    Infuriating that we wasted it.

Runs aren't important for the next five overs. Just important not to lose a third quick wicket, and risk nerves setting in. Australia have gone for it, by bringing back Starc and Cummins (had no choice).

That pretty much every Aussie player got involved in the appeal, made me think it was choreographed.
Similar to a dive in the penalty box with the players surrounding the ref.
It’s not as if the Aussies won’t take the chance to cheat, as has been proven.

Scoring at nearly 7, less than 2 required.

And to think most people were writing England off after the losses to Sri Lanka and Australia.

We haven't won the tournament yet and we showed frailties. Great thing is form at the right time.

I feel desperately bad for Vincey and Daws but it is the absolutely the right England XI out there today.

What an absolutely fantastic victory that is. I admit I was dreading facing Australia, especially when Morgan lost the toss, but England have outplayed Australia in every department today.

    And the crowd were brilliant!

Great performance...not the number one side in the world for nothing. We have great batsmen without compromising on the quality of the bowling...and fielding is excellent as well.
