Which bits? ... knowing your luck <laugh>

Tangential .
I used to work with Tom Adeyemi's dad back in the 90s (actually went to his wedding) ... Tom got some racial stick at Anfield from some knob in a cup game whilst playing for Oldham ... saddest aspect was that his old man, Elijah (Nigerian) was a life long mad Livepool fan and was doubly proud watching his lad run out at Anfield only to have some utter scrotes tarnish the memories ...

Not meant as any reflection on normal 'Pool fans

Normal Pool fans? <laugh>

Another absolutely beautiful morning here on the West Yorkshire coast and I find myself pondering the slings and arrows as I sip my morning coffee. Today I maybe venture into York, take in the Minster, treat the good lady to lunch. If we can find a suitable McDonalds.

But first and as I have a few hours to spare before she gets her lazy arse out of bed I thought I would take time to deal with an issue that has come to my attention during my brief but, and i think we can all agree on this, very entertaining time on this board.

And that, my friends, is the disgusting racism that some members seem to get away with on a daily basis in here. It's a shocking state of affairs.

Whilst the vast majority of you have taken to me, welcomed me with open arms as I have to most of you there is a despicable minority in here who have no hesitation to hurl racist abuse at me when ever they feel like it. They use my ethnicity as tool to try and insult me. They even suggest that I should fùck off back where I came from. I am saddened that the decent English people in here like Gonzo, Stan, Joe and Spurlock are badly let down by the vileness of their fellow countrymen such Cammachio, Treble, Toby and Big Earn.

Too name but a few.

Are these people the not606 Prem board KKK?

Irony is that they same people are the ones outraged if someone like Simon points out that a terrorist who has killed somebody whilst shouting Allah Akbar may have been a Muslim.

Hypocrisy is never an attribute of the intelligent I suppose.

Anyhoo I have to go and apply my P20 as today looks like it's going to be scorcher. I'll just finish by thanking the Prem board members who have made me feel so welcome and who's love helps my fight the evil of these racists.

WE SHALL OVERCOME BROTHERS.

How was York buddy? Wish I'd seen this earlier, I live in York right near to the centre, would have happily bought you a beer..<ok>

Didn't actually make it to York mate. By the time she got up and ready I couldn't be arsed

<laugh>

I lived in York for about eight months, in 1989. I quite often forget that!

I did like the place, a lot, and I've never been back since sadly.
Sad isn't it how life drags you away from places you love to be. I spent two years in Aniheim CA for two years setting up a company and getting it up to speed back in 84. Loved the life but had to move on. Life's a bummer but always planned to go back some day.
