That money would get you a world class CB in Van Dijk or a young De Ligt solving your CB for years to come. Instead it gets you Harry English Slabhead Maguire.

Though VVD would be 150mil now. hyper inflation.

De ligt would be a big expense for someone but i think it'd be worth it.

It's something I've never understood, but seems much more prevalent these days. Teams sign a player for 80million, he does **** all for 2 years so they want to sell him for 100million.

Utd and pogba seem to be forever in the news quoted as 120-130 million for a player who's just had an absolute shocker

I think Pogba is maybe one of those players like Hazard, massively talented but only play when they want to.

it's the market.

most of what's said is agent talk anyway.

pogpoo is a guy who can do something over 2 or 3 months but he drops off the level so far its untrue.

he set a standard and world cup but has absolutely no intent of delivering that week in week out.
