    Disappointed the club have dropped a bollock letting Campbell leave. Last season he played probably as well as he has done for his entire career. I thought he was excellent.

    A massive bollock in letting him go, with Bowen expected to go ,Campbell was our only other major goal threat.

    If the plan was to replace him with a younger, better striker it'd be fine, u just know that won't happen and that's what's so annoying.

    They should have kept him and made him captain. He was one of the most influential players last season in leading by example. It’s a big loss.

    It is a big loss, but if we can't afford to pay the same wages and he won't accept what we can afford then what can we do? He's quite within his right to go get as much as he can else where and city are quite within their right to stick to a budget... It sucks but it's the real ****ty situation we are in

    Let me correct you, we won't pay a sensible wage to him to keep him. We can certainly afford it at relatively little cost once the inevitable happens and we lose all our saleable assets.

    Theres no surprise that the Allams spill out the usual garbage of having made offers to the likes of FC .. DM .. and indeed Adkins .. then finding out later that the offer made is either insignificant or none existence

    Fair point, but I'm guessing there has been atleast conversations with his agent/advisor's? Maybe FC has made it crystal clear he wouldn't re sign or his agents has said he will take xyz and the club are saying we will only pay 123 and they are just to far apart to even put an offer on the table?

    I'm surprised the Allams haven't even offered something as then they could atleast try and spin it and say well we offered and he didn't want to sign
