Well, if you've got a choice of any club you'd choose Man City or Liverpool. I doubt think we're are a option, no idea about Man City.

Beyond that, Juve are probably the best choice.

    wouldn't say so. that's a very british/Liverpool attitude.

European clubs are giants too and the English prem is not be all and end all. there's plenty of clubs the big players consider massive

I was thinking more of the opposition faced and trophy opportunities; aka career development.

Juve have won the league 7 times in a row... I wouldn’t say it’s any better than french league.

Juventus are desperate to win the Champions League once again, they and the Italian league aren't really competing much. Serie A isn't great these days, but its far ahead of the French league. Plus he will learn the art of defending there and develop well imo.

Will he? Juve lose less games than psg, teams don’t attack them and they barely ever concede goals. He’ll have a nice easy ride there to be honest. He’ll do a lot more defending at psg

If nothing else, he won't be strengthening a league rival

Liverpool have seen a £40million bid rejected for Sporting Lisbon playmaker Bruno Fernandes, according to the Daily Star.
Liverpool have been handed a boost in their potential pursuit of Lille winger Nicolas Pepe with Bayern Munich reportedly losing interest in his services.
Bayern were thought to be primary suitors of the 24-year-old but it seems like the board don’t believe he is up to standard.
According to Bild journalist Christian Falk, cited by @GFFN on Twitter, Pepe isn’t the German champions’ first-choice target.

Like who? Both Milan clubs are average these days. Napoli are half decent. Atalanta came 3rd.. wouldn’t say any of them are head and shoulders above Lyon or Lille

You might as well write English league and Spanish league and German league out.

Let's not get all carried away here. About 70points for 4th? Sounds par for course there. Both champions in 90? Sound pretty good total. And lets not go quoting an absolute freak season in england as the norm eh lads?

I think we ought to recall we scraped by group with napoli and psg.

The fact is Italy has been dominated by juve and the other teams can't get any sort of consistent act together, none are properly building really.

German league is bullied by bayern. Thry have all the fans and all the money and wreak any team who sticks their nose up by poaching anyone they want.

Spain is a bit more competitive but it's still a 2 team league.

Dutch league is a two club league

Belgian league is a one big club league really with Chelsea feeder team throwing it off.

We could say same for Norway, Sweden, Denmark etc etc etc.

Let's be fair to England and say just lately it's got more competitive but the reality is several teams are also fans really.

Arsenal are perennial also fans, Utd are becoming so, spurs are... the sad truth is we have been too.

Chelsea and city dominate titles. Ten years ago two different teams dominated.

"Sheffield United's Jack O'Connell has admitted it would be "hard to turn down" a move to Liverpool after his performances sparked rumours of the Red's interest."

    Who...?
