Looking like it now folks ! On the glass half-empty side....Frank's lack of managing / coaching experience and possibly / probably no buys for 2 windows. On the glass half-full side....Frank's knowledge of the game, he has worked under some of the world's greatest managers, and he's a Chelsea Legend who knows what this Club is all about. I for one am excited at the prospect of Frank around The Bridge again. Roll on 19/20 season !!!
