Give it a week or so and Nigel will be at another ground holding up the club's scarf and kissing the badge.
A clusterfuck of a summer once again.
Looking back, the falling out with Steve Bruce is proving very, very costly.
Similar Adkins hasn't come to this decision over night and it's also strange the club didn't announce his leaving.
He was first offered another contact back in March and at least two more improved ones have been on the table yet he's waited to the middle of June before going to the press and giving them his decision ?
Sounds as though he's been waiting for confirmation of another job before throwing the towel in with us ?
Shoddy from both sides, this should have been tied up months ago.
Someone will have received a phone call over the week end saying the jobs yours if you want it. Looks like NA has already had his.
I can't decide if you're a genuine idiot, or you're just taking the piss :emoticon-0138-think

Oh silly me. You'd be an idiot either way.

Perfectly summed up by Rick...

They had a manager who was desperate to work for [HASHTAG]#hcafc[/HASHTAG], who over achieved, who stood up for them, who wasn't making unrealistic demands, who the players loved, who fans grew to love and they've pushed him out.

Where on earth do we go from here?
I think they will take pleasure in seeing the club back in the bottom division .

The sad truth of it is, in the past the Allams, although despised by most, have always been fairly ambitions when bringing in a new manager. Steve Bruce, Silva, Slutsky, even Adkins at the time wasnt scraping the barrel. The aim was always promotion or premier league survival.

Now for the first time under the Allams we're looking for a manager with the aim of championship survival at best. They'll no longer try to bring in the best available... so who are we conceivably going to get?

When in the past we'd be looking at who's available and be thinking, Karanka, Jokanovic, Carvalhal etc.. we'll now be looking at the prospect of getting Grayson or McClaren.

For me, with the way Hull City is right now, I cant imagine any decent manager wanting to come to us, whoever we get will be a very desperate man who doesnt care where his next pay check is coming from.

You've already posted that you don't go to games so why are you remotely bothered what goes on ?
And I'm not an idiot. You sound like a boring twat who chucks the towel in at that first opportunity and to me that discounts your opinion.
Adkins has had an offer on the table since March and at least two improved ones since.
Yet he decides four weeks into the close season that he isn't going to sign any of them. So why is that do you think Kempton ?
Surely he wont have received a call last week offering him another job ?
Now shout me down on that you ****ing arsehole.

Bag of Walker's Cheese and Onion (other crisps of that fantastitude are not available), tipped onto a slice of Gregg's sliced white. Topped with its partner slice.

And a mug of tea - 2 sugars.

The stuff of a final meal before execution.

Oh, and a bowl of hummingbird's tongues.

On topic: I'm sure that Nigel is considering his plans carefully. He'll only want what's best for him.
Obviously wasn’t happy in his world. Sadly.

Just likes to be controversial.

Nigel owes us nowt. Best of luck to him.
Nigel owes us for giving him a leg up back into management when no other club would touch him with a barge pole. Just like Steve Bruce at the time.
Post on Sheffield United's site about Nigel Adkins, then stand back and wait for the abuse.
Likewise Bruce on Sunderland's or Villa's site.
I'd admire Adkins more if he'd have walked at the final whistle of the final game instead of waiting for another offer before walking.

If he knew he was leaving why didn't he leave after the last game of the season ?
If he didn't fancy the offer that was on the table he could have walked weeks ago.
Why do you think he's waited so long ?
I've read all your posts on this and your replies to others. I am now convinced, even giving you the benefit of the doubt, that you are completely out of touch with reality, whether by design or just plain ignorance/stupidity, I'll leave that to you to educate us on. I'd rather you didn't but I'm sure you will.

Come and see me pal. I'll show you my credentials and scars. I'm not to difficult to track down. 54 years of continuous support, home and away, ex shareholder, sponsor, ( when no other ****er would) and 100% Hull City supporter. And yours are ….?

Good post.

The fact is this ever growing shi’t storm currently at the club goes right down to the clubs roots now with no signs of stopping. Whoever comes in now will have to run the club the Allams way,no prospect of any real investment and work with a paper thin squad that’s usually one injury away from being unable to cope with Championship football . Any decent targets won’t want to play in front of an almost empty ground and those that do almost certainly won’t be interested in much else other than pay day. Basically the whole scenario the owners have created over the last few seasons now stinks of apathy and contempt for the clubs supporters and something more than a few tennis balls needs to done to show these barstewards up.
