    There`s a bit of the Wesley Hoedt about Stones. I thought Carragher`s post match comments were like a boorish half-drunk bloke in the pub - Neville is far more insightful.

    Did we play 5 at the back? Walker stones Maguire worked well as the CBs at the World Cup.

    Kane should not get anywhere near the team (Spurs or England) if he is not 100% match fit.

    It's that "not being able to defend" that holds him back.

    Hopefully Southgate sees Alexander- Arnold as his first choice but had to rest him after the CL final.

    I thought Walker pushed Stones super hard for useless twat of the match award. I’d say he was arguably worse, constantly out of position and passing was awful.

    He should never be a starter, Trent I imagine will nail that spot down from this moment on.
