Joshua is yet to take the risks Fury has - he hasn't fought any champion abroad - let alone won.

The Joshua fight last night had all the symtoms of McGuigan's fight against Steve Cruz in 86, when Cruz was brought in as a last minute replacement when Fernando Sosa had to withdraw. McGuigan was the Featherweight Champion, Cruz was regarded as easy meat..

Enjoy the fights mate and hopefully they will come through thicker and faster than they are now. There is a lot of politics and money in professional boxing, it will be hard to suppress the racketeers. It was always thought when Don King ****ed off the problems would go with him, no ****ing chance.. You love your boxing, I rarely watch these days, enjoy mate, it's as good as it gets..

wow. I looked to me that Joshua quit in the end. he just run out of juice. it was the same against Klitchko, Joshua was gassed but Klichko ran out of juice too but this one? he looked like he'd run out of ideas and didn't want to carry on.

In his heart he knew he couldn't win so put the ref in a position where he had to make a call.

Heavyweight boxing innit. You take a big shot from a 19st bloke on the temple you’re going down, it doesn’t matter if he looks like a fat bin man.

The rematch over here was in the contract, so that happens now, and as you say he’s got to win, or he’s toast.

He’s lost his own invincibility now, that’s finished many a fighter, as self doubt creeps in. Others have come back stronger, we’ll see what AJ is made of now.

The moral of this story is, you never, ever take a fight with an unknown Mexican at short notice. Hearn should have known that, too many fighters have come unstuck that way.

Most boxers I've seen, even when they are out of it, at least try to get their hands up and want to carry on where as Joshua just stood there with his hands on the ropes looking for answers from his corner.
