I would rather have Corbyn, pledged to revoke Article 50 or at the very least a second referendum. The Tories are finished. Whoever takes over won’t be able to get anything through Parliament, on Brexit or anything else, so a General Election is inevitable, and Labour will be the largest party even if they haven’t got a majority.

I can live with that. JC just needs to step in line with 80% of his party´s MPs and membership regarding the EU. Furthermore, I look would look forward to him cold shouldering US foreign policy a la Harold Wilson, a move which led us to joining the EEC.

I'm probably confused, but isn't no deal the default, and can only be avoided by Parliament voting on a deal that the EU agree with? I don't see how a deal will be agreed at all regardless of who is PM, which leaves us no deal or revoke A50
Leaving with no deal was voted down in the HoP or so I thought. What happens over the next few months I'm not sure, another vote? The EU 27 say no further negotiations. So what's to be discussed and agreed that can change the situation? If it's revoke or no deal then there has to be another referendum.
Ah, OK. I thought I must have missed something important - I did think that although the motion to stop a no deal brexit succeeded in Parliament, it isn't legally binding to the government so still leaves the door open to No deal. How that could actually happen without ripping up the GFA I don't know however.
Whether it’s in the form of a clearly defined general election(e.g. tories leave, labour remain) or a more detailed referendum. I can’t see a defined outcome without another vote or even votes. I’ve not seen it confirmed anywhere, but I would guess this will be the highest turn out for a European elections in the UK. A certain irony

Yep, that is pretty much the embarrassment that is Boris Johnson. To think that this buffoon gained brownie points for tackling a German footballer 'rugby style' during a celebrity football match at St Marys. Johnson must be one hell of a schmoozer because I can't see any other reason why he has progressed through the political ranks. Then again, with the quality of people in the Conservative political arena maybe it isn't quite so hard. He's just a buffoon in an expensive suit.
