Liverpool are edging closer to completing a deal for Sporting Lisbon teenager Andre Cardoso.
According to Portuguese newspaper Jornal Madeira, relayed in an article by Sport Witness, the Reds have made contact with Cardoso and a deal looks ‘almost certain’ to go through.

That's a more defensive option. See Gomez for example. Someone that can play CB is usually very good defensively but restricted offensively.
The way Klopp as had us playing this season, the FBs need to be good offensively. Can't see us going for the defensive alternative options tbh
