or... a lcb/lb option.
the modern game demands that up and down the wing though...
the funny thing is I can think of many right footed left backs but no left footed right backs. I wonder is that just down to how many right footed players there are.
That's a more defensive option. See Gomez for example. Someone that can play CB is usually very good defensively but restricted offensively.
The way Klopp as had us playing this season, the FBs need to be good offensively. Can't see us going for the defensive alternative options tbh

and so it begins....... yawn.

allison will wear number 1 next season, does that mean a sale happening or just he gets the jersey.
wonder how much funds we can raise, i know media have mixed responses on what we are going to spend, but we should be able to make quite a bit from sales or at least moreno and sturridge wage saves.

Wanted: Memphis Depay
Liverpool sent scouts to watch Lyon’s 3-0 win over Marseille last week as they weight up a move for forward Memphis Depay, according to reports.
Depay, 25 has been linked with the Reds and a return to the Premier League after a stunning two seasons in France in which he has scored 37 goals in all competitions.
The Dutchman moved to the Ligue 1 giants for £15million in 2017 following a disastrous spell at Manchester United.
Despite his previous struggles in England, Liverpool could be willing to take a risk on him as manager Jurgen Klopp is keen to bring in a new attacker to provide some competition for his frontline.
NO,NO,NO,NO,NO. Never touch him with a barge pole. He was useless at Utd.
Yep naming the wrong player.we are looking at a team mate not him![]()
