would not surprise me, would be by far the cheapest option and we all know the yanks like cheap.

Just as there aren't any clubs out looking for Colin, there aren't (m)any clubs sniffing round our players. Maybe etheridge, but not much else, possibly Murphy. We've lost 3 centre mids (2 loanees and gunnarsson ) which we've known about since January.
Tan has agreed a budget for 6 new signings.

So, a club no one likes, a manager no one likes or wants (well , some might, but won't admit to), players no one wants and an owner comitted to signings and reducing debt.
Stability, continuity, cohesion, commitment. What's not to like.
