Vaguely remember him, think he scored at Bournemouth in the 3-3 FA Cup game?
Yeah that's it, the days when we used to have some decent players.

Ah yeah, I can see it myself now, on my phone.
Work wifi doesn't allow Facebook and I was looking via that.
Fine on 4G!

Still banging em in for Ebbsfleet
@Libby Was just looking through that Gills squad that drew against Bournemouth
Gazza - went to your lot
Lawrence - came from Palace
Frampton - ex Wall
Jackman - decent player with plenty of pace
Martin - went to Championship Wall
Payne - went on to captain Posh
Charlie Lee (& Whelpdale) - one of my fav players, always got stuck in
Keds
Fook knows how we went so downhill
yup...got a few of our other lads as well...or i assume they still have, Weston & Payne
Not sure who's currently left. I think I read that only 7 of the current squad have been kept?
They weren't paying them didn't help, I will have to try and look them up and see who is left.
According to the local rag, the following 7 were kept, however Cheek has now gone to Bromley?
Ebou Adams, Nathan Ashmore, Michael Cheek, Jack King, Sean Shields, Corey Whitely and Lawrie Wilson
I assume they have dumped their wage bill then.
Really disappointed with Ebbsfleet, they offered some true competition to my lot in Kent football.

Was at a family gathering yesterday and was chatting to my wife's cousin whose part of the Ebbsfleet supporters trust. He said that the wage bill was £30k a week and the average gates around 1500, so it's really not hard to see that was not sustainable. The good doctor has managed to shave £500,000 off the running costs since he started to trim the squad?
Also went on to say that they are not one of the teams looking to be relegated and the playing budget for next year will still be healthy (certainly in the top 10 in the league).
He still seems optimistic so it will be interesting how it pans out.

It shows the footballing standard in Kent when you're by far and away the best team![]()
