I steered clear of matrimonial to be honest. I worked in the family courts for the past 8 months of my working in law and it basically finished me. It was all child custody issues (mostly we represented the child) and it was often situations that kept me awake at nights and ruined my weekends. I quit at 28 and don't regret it, can honestly say I'm a much happier person now. But i do need sleep. Night all.

The lads have consulted with a real lawyer mate and the conclusion is that G4E’s amended terms stand because you agreed to them. It has also been concluded that you should have raised any issues with those terms at the time. Your ignorance isn’t a defence.
