That finale was garbage tbh and this whole season was poor. Show was done two seasons ago but they kept it going because like you say, it makes the BBC hella money since it draws a big audience
They should have finished it with the current cast and moved on with that new police woman, the one doing the interview. She was very good.
Watched an excellent film over the weekend on Netflix. The Infiltrator with Brian Cranston. 8/10 Based on a true story.
Started watching westworld. Halfway through season 2 and not sure if I like it that much or not. Good concept but feels all over the place too much.... Anyone seen it.? Worth sticking with.?
Stick with it. It is convoluted and further up it's own arse than it has any right to be, but there is pay-off ... it's pretty decent and very good and enjoyable when at it's best. Long time since I saw it now, but S1 seemed better put together than S2 which, as you say, is messy, or at least starts off so.
Second half of the most recent Vikings season is out on Hulu now so we've been watching that the last few weeks. It's still a good show, but the whole Loki island subplot just seems like a case of "Loki doesn't fit in the story anymore but we don't want to write out another character from the beginning". I do find it amusing how they try to age the male characters, but the women look the same age throughout. In the timeline Lagatha would have to be in her 60's yet still looks not a day over 29.
Well regardless of the fact that I think it's very good, you've already watched 75% of all episodes so just stick it out anyway FFS "I watched Spurs play the first leg against Ajax and half the second leg, shall I sack it off?"
Nope, currently being filmed though The second season makes a lot more sense when you see the last episode
