At least you know Salah will be shattered by then.I went to the Gym yesterday around 6 local time...was back for the game. Left me an hour before I could have a drink...it wasn’t too bad. Very true...that will be near the end of Ramadan and as you know it builds up in your system and by then it’s auto pilot that gets you through. Having said that I’m also sure he will be eating the right things unlike me.
