I know what you mean - I tried it just before breaking fast but found I lacked the energy. Its a pity as we finish work here at 4pm during Ramadan so I could easily get an hour in before Maghrib at 545pm and then relax for the evening. Find that the meal after Iftar gradually gets smaller and smaller as Ramadan progresses. First proper fatsing day today as I was travelling back here Monday and Tuesday so trying to cope with the joint effects of jetlag and fasting. Think I will be having a power nap in the prayer room later.
Sounds about right - Mrs sent me back with a load of UK goodies so don't expect to lose much weight this Ramadan.
