It is pretty close to be fair. He's based in Heswall which is a 25-30 min drive from Liverpool. Think if you went to Heswall and insinuated they were scousers/ from Liverpool they'd be pretty offended to be honest.

Oh I'm not saying you're technically wrong. There's been border movement/ recategorisation though it was a decade or so back. Was always debateable whether it was linked to Liverpool or Cheshire (the post-code around here are all CH) so it depends where you look for classification.
