I know that's how it works but the still image they show after proves nothing as the ball could still be travelling.The images are for show. The system actually works via 7 cameras all tracking the ball so the view usually given in the end is none of these
they track the flight of the ball at all times and the alert comes when the system assesses the ball crosses a goal area that is carefully calibrated.
Hoping City are going to drop points against either Leicester or Brighton and we win our last two games is not "hope against hope".

On the Pitch: Draws against teams we needed to beat, City have probably the best squad ever assembled.
