    Of course we tanked Town 4-0 recently and barely lost either game against Pool in the league, but don't let the Narrative (TM) diminish eh?

    Also the difference between Huddersfield (who came to play) and Brighton (who came for a point) is very different, the score line in either game can’t be read into that much in the grand scheme of things

    Liverpool also beat Brighton 1-0 at Anfield

    i think its something to do with the way Brighton set up as Huddlefro said. We beat Huddersfield 4-0 we also beat them 2-0 Away. Liverpool beat them 1-0 Away.

    Dont think it means anything in relation to if we meet Pool in the CL final tbh

    Seems City and Pool score early goals and then relax and killoff the opposition.

    As the singing waiter remarked......if the opposition don't score we can't lose.
