That's what the Macron's government does, just ignore it hoping nobody notices.

The contribution towards schooling you mentioned is tiny. I paid for three children to be educated in public schools for most of their schooling. It turned out to be a great investment.

Actually I was on subject talking about uk-eu-future. Note title of thread.

Avoiding the massive French debt again.
As you apparently avoid every question which you don't like and try to distract by trying to focus on France, time and time again. The average European Union Debt is at 81.6% of GDP, compared to the UK. which is at 87.7% and we are talking here about Britain and the EU. not just about France. Actually, to give a perspective on this, the USA has a national debt of 103.8% of its GDP, and Japan 223.8%, so unless you want to live in China (which I admit has very few debts) then the EU is the place to be.

I really think when people go off topic or abusive... There posts should be removed.. I am happy if my responses to such posts are too.
Behave like a pillock and you deserve to be called one IMO..

Surely you have more to offer than rude name calling?

Freedom Day 1. Postponed
Freedom Day 2. Cancelled
Freedom Day 3. When, if and maybe, or not.

Not going too well for some. :emoticon-0103-cool:

The comparison was for the poster who is blind to the vast overspend in his chosen country, France, whilst commenting on miniscle UK government spending. France is on course to be the fourth most indebted nation in the world soon. That would certainly concern me if I chose such a country to live with its finances out of control.

Just had a look back SH, and not a single post that you have made on this thread today has been on topic I have told you many times that you can create a thread to talk about France if you so wish, I might even try to help you out by putting you right from time to time. You have told us in the past they you sent a child of yours to the Airbus school in France. Fine, she probably did well by going there, but it has little to do with the UK leaving the EU. Some of the moderators on this forum use their powers to ban posters that keep having a go at them. Not my policy as I have a thick skin, but disruption by having a constant go at others is different. I can well understand your reluctance to talk about the failure of your government to do what it said it would, but please keep to the topic of the thread.

As part of the clique I suppose you have carte blanche to be abusive to non members. Clique master's silence is deafening.
Ok for you to post in a racist and xenophobic manner.. And abuse me as you have done over many months is it??
I am afraid the media you read and the people you must hang out with has led you to have a very narrow minded and prejudicial view of people who are different to you.
I have given up respecting you as you day on day posting inflammatory drivel.
So every time I see you being discriminatory I will call you out..
I think you must be a very sad human being to seek attention from others by behaving in the way you do. I suggest a few months voluntary work with people different to you would help you see the world differently....

It was actually you that brought up the subject of schooling on this thread. This has nothing at all to do with this thread.

The last time I looked France was part of the EU. It's financial performance is relative to a UK/ EU thread. I appreciate you would prefer nobody actually looked at the many problems affecting your adopted country but it's financial performance is relative to the UKs relationship with the EU.

You should try much harder to treat non clique members the same as clique posters.

You seem to forget that I asked the question could the money wasted on the Brexit preparations have been better spent on social issues, including schools. A direct linkage to the EU debate. Your response was to say that you spent money on educating your children, which has no linkage to the EU. It was something you chose to do, not influenced at all by Brexit.
Maybe when you can accept the fact that the posters on here by and large cannot see the sense of leaving the EU, then you might try to argue your case for doing so, but all you wish to do is blame others, the PM, the EU, other posters. As I said above you have not made a single post here today trying to put forward a rational case to leave. but if you cannot it is not a reason to to simply insult anyone in sight.

No, you whinged about parents being asked to contribute a measly £25 per month towards a child's education. This has nothing to do with the thread. If you want to talk about schooling It was quite normal for the parents to make a similar contribution to my daughter's village school in Gaillac, France.

Your constant moaning about Brexit is repetitive and boring. You will not change the result.

And still you have no thoughts on where the country is going, just more diversions. Even the PM makes a better job of not answering questions than you do. Still some good is coming out of it as my son- in- law gets paid as a returning officer. Two elections in one month will please him no end, and he has been told to prepare for the EU ones. <ok>

You should worry more about your adopted country's debt pile increasing daily.

It's not a measly £25 for people who may be in work and still can not afford it. Sure - they can give up family days out etc. but why should they? Not everyone can be successful but it's not great to think they should have to choose between books for school and a day at the zoo.
