I think I may have just gone blind, yep pretty sure I have.

 

I'd never heard of him till they beat the mackems in the League Cup, sounded like he had a good game that day.

 

Anybody have a reliable method of checking sites in various browsers? (not something like browsershots.org but an addon or at very least a way of installing several old Firefox versions).

 

9/11 where were you.

I was at college 1st in class to break the new to everyone in the classroom

 

I can't remember, think I was still in primary school But, in a way, aren't we all 9/11 survivors?

 

Think I'll still be doing this ****ing work by the 100th anniversary .

 

I was at Tasker House in Sunderland found out when me mum picked us up from there at about 4ish.

 

got home was glued to Sky news for ages

 

Think I ended up stuck to BBC all night.

 

I remember exactly where I was, in school. Had to be taken out early as we couldn't get in touch with my Uncle who was staying in the area.

 

hope he was ok.

My Uncle had a brother who worked nearby

 

Yeah he was fine, he wasn't like exactly right next to it but we were worried anyway

 

Can imagine that I can remember being at college on 7/7 and people there from London were worried about their family members. Everyone was fine though.

 

My dad went in to London about 30 mins before the attacks, so scary to think about!

 

I was going down to London for a school trip. We were going down for a 2 night stay, only to hear about it, and turn back. Was frightening to say the least. Especially when rumours started going round on the bus, that Leeds had been targetted.

 

I bet, the whole feeling at college was negative and it got to me seeing good friends who were really upset.

 

think i was off work for 7/7

 

We'd just bought a new tv and when we turned it on 9/11 was all over the news, was a massive shock!
