I don't know about Liveleaks, never heard of it tbh, but all other platforms remove uploads as quickly as possible and use existing technology to flag it automatically to a large extent, including copyright issues. Live-streaming for some reason seems impossible to stop in the same way so you have to stop live streaming altogether unless it's a bonafide broadcasting institution.
Liveleak is like Youtube with far less restrictions. They don't host porn, but that's about it. It's an English site, funnily enough.
Beheadings, executions, war footage, fatal accidents, bull fighting gone wrong... it's all on there.

There used to be others like 'rotten', and 'steak and cheese'.

In fact they may all well be the same, just different names.

Oh and Ogrish, in fact that may have become Rotten.

They were even worse and got done in by legalities, IIRC.
These sites generally either get sued to **** or start to self-censor and piss off their users.

I think Ogrish was the forerunner, they changed it's name.

As you said, most likely sued to ****.

international football holding a minutes silence this week? i recall the Saudi team getting castigated for refusing to participate for the France attack

Are the Wembley arches draped in the NZ flag lie they were with the French flag?

Yes: https://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/football/47615656
Not sure about the flag, as it's also red, white and blue, but not in a pattern that you can recreate with lights on the arch.

I remember that site. Some truly awful footage posted on there. Morbid fascination watching some of that stuff, and because it was the first time you could see that sort of stuff on the internet, it kind of pulled me in. After a while, you just don't want those images in your head though.

Like i said, i'm sure Ogrish was one of the forerunners. It was all new then. It was extreme, even by todays standards.
