Making a healthy dinner tonight. Will no doubt **** it up. Doing chicken breast fillets in a garlic coating, though am cooking it inside greaseproof paper on a dry frying pan. Alongside is a pepper stuffed with a weird Brazilian rice. (Out of a packet) and sweet potato chips, done in the oven with a garlic and onion powder coating and 1 cal spray.
Ah got ya. No I don’t do that. I know someone tried it. They said that they were just left hungry. I just threw that together as had defrosted the chicken. Had some peppers which needed eating, found a sweet potato in with the other spuds and found that weird rice and grain thing in the cupboard. The chicken was good wasn’t keen on the stuffed pepper mind.
I went simple tonight after feeding the girls, a basic plate of buttered golden chips with both corned beef and roast beef, topped with Red Leicester cheese, red onion and salad cream with a slice of hungry mans buttered bread (butter isn't on the edges)
I'm up, ready, and waiting to go out for a buffet breakfast. This is on top on my huge platefull of chips, and meat pasta i had at 2am I'm using this 3 month of being in a piss easy job, to try and gain at least a stone or 2. @Dan Starkey 2
En route through Somerset and so had to stop at A Dish Called Wanda for one of her breakfast rolls. I've posted a pic before, on Tiger Bread? I'd post again only I've eaten the ****. Had sriracha sauce on it, which worked a treat.
