    Great club are Birmingham City.

I’d take their lot over our F&B brigade any day.

    Proper support.

Muppets will ruin it for the rest of us, especially clubs like ours where the owners will use it as an excuse for all sorts of “security measures”.

Interesting to hear shearer and Neville on MOTD2 appear genuinely worried that one day a player will get seriously hurt.

It was an isolated incident involving an idiot

Nothing should change as football has far less pitch invasions than it used to.

Proper support would tear you to shreds for saying that, but they won’t,and we both know why.

Apparently he thought Grealish was a nob - think he'll get away with that bit

His family have had to move out their house after their address was posted online last night, Birmingham City have banned him for a life and in the next couple of hours he'll get sent down for assault.

    Dim twat.

Exceptionally good thread on the topic of ‘what needs to be done about the “problem”’
From someone who actually knows stuff about the subject

    It’s a great thread.

That said, a cheeky points deduction for Birmingham would boost our flagging play off challenge.

Pub worker. Nothing against pub workers, but it's hardly Rocket Science.

I saw those tweets as well. They were nothing short of disgraceful. The events of yesterday left me feeling a bit flat with regards to football.

Mitchell has been jailed for 14 weeks.

He has also been ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £150.

Mitchell has also been ordered to pay £100 compensation to Jack Grealish.

Mitchell has also been banned from attending any football match in UK for 10 years.

He had a look of relief on his face when the sentence came.

He's got off very lightly, but not as lightly as he would have done had he done it at a Rugby League game.

Out in 5-7 weeks, no punishment whatsoever if the intent of the authorities is to throw the book at such dimwits, and for such sentences to act as a deterrent!

Biggest impact on him will be if he loses his job if he is a pub landlord!
