Pheasant pie tc??!!!

I love conejo but never ever had it in a pie.

My mate used to go ferreting and bring me wabbits. Bloody lovely they were.

Wabbits are my favourite meat Woger.
Don't wanna name drop, but my great aunt's husband used to go pheasant shooting with someone associated with City way back when. She did a mean pie from them. Got a taste from those experiences in the late 50's. Aint had any since mind.

8 times out of 10 if we go for a meal the wife peruses the menu and then goes for the pie. The only one she won't have is steak and kidney. I love fried kidneys but even the smell of those makes her retch.
She completely agrees with your definition of what a pie is.

My old lady was the same. Somehow even in a stew she could suss out its presence & refuse to eat the creation of my culinary efforts.
She hated liver too, whereas I loved a jam-jar of liver every now & again

Depends on the quality of the vegan you use.

If they've been corn fed and organically raised then they can be quite tender.


Bit gristly if you just grab one off the street however.
