Wish I could find a bank that would lend me £50 million. At my age you could have a ball, pay the interest out of the capital and have enough left for the payments.
And they have the gall to complain about having to do this for no money, while no one wants the toxic bastards here anyway.

Nobody can ask the questions because they don't do real interviews. The nearest they get are the occasional stage managed things where the media are clearly not allowed to ask any difficult questions and certainly cannot challenge any of their answers - even when it is clear that they are being 'economical' with the truth. BBC Radio Humberside, Look North and HDM all know that they have to avoid difficult questions and be very nice to the Allams - otherwise they would lose all access to Hull City AFC.
I'm sorry I can't remember her name, or who she worked for, but one lass did once ask the 'difficult questions' in an interview with Assem Allam and didn't let him get away with the usual nonsensical replies. She challenged him.

Agreed. She absolutely tied him in knots, won every argument, highlighted his lies and all whilst retaining her dignity and without being disrespectful. He completely lost it and showed himself up to be an arrogant bully, very disrespectful and apparently incapable of conducting himself in a grown-up debate or discussion. Having realised his weaknesses - it would seem that from this point on he decided that there would be no more difficult questions in future.
Norwich and Sheff Utd look to be in a good position if they go up with those low debts. Amazing how Norwich, who have spent one less season than us in the PL in the last 10 years have a low debt and are playing in front of average crowds higher than the capacity if the KC, have a small debt and us a large one when they are run by a cook and we are run by 2 business geniuses. Sheff Utd lower debts despite spending 6 divisions in the 3rd tier recently. Their owner put in £100 million and improved the ground substantially. Though not everything in the garden is rosy with friction between him and the sheikh the sold 50% to apparently. Even the TWS have low debts despite decades out of the top flight.
The debts of other clubs which have recently been in the PL show that there is a right and wrong way of approaching time in the PL.

It was certainly big in the news at the time. Amanda White was quite rightly much complimented whilst Assem Allem's reputation was identified (or reinfored) as being the arrogant and ignorant bully that he clearly is. Yes, it's better than DB's last interview because every interview since Amanda White's has been on Allam's strict terms - i.e. There must be no difficult questions (because he can't handle them) - and if you do attempt to ask any then you and your media organisation will be banned from Hull City AFC.
All interviews with our owners are meaningless. They either invite a journo who's onside and who won't ask searching questions, or you get a journo who pushes them on key issues and they spout lies and mislead in response. Complete and utter waste of time either way!
