All depends on the wording in the EFL rule book.

I think the original idea was to stop clubs spending money they didn't have and then going into admin. Leicester City
going up to the PL doing exactly this was one of reasons the rule was introduced.

Excellent news, Blackpool Supporters Trust Chairman appointment to Blackpool Board.

No voting rights, but non the less a great understanding by the administrator of what the supporters can contribute to ensure a sound relationship in the future. In fact all the board appointments announced all at face value look like great moves

I do believe with someone like AP as chairman here or on the board in some capacity we would have the same .. alas i cant see that day coming this March or any other March at this rate .. these 2 sewer dwellers are wringing the club dry. But i am happy for Blackpool .. lets hope they can rise like a phoenix and enjoy thsir football again

will the administrators now sell it, so he's out for good ?

Belokon I'm sure would have already taken over but for the fact he failed the EFL's test for club ownership. The receiver could of course sell to a nominee of Belokon with Belokon having no involvement in the running of club, alternatively sell to anyone who 's prepared to pay the required price and release monies to Belokon upon sale completion in part or whole settlement of funds owed to him under the court order imposed on Oyston.

Will the NAPM brigade return to Bloomers if Oyston ?

Instant increase of 5, to 10,000 fans?

Will be interesting to see how many come back,as it will be here when we get new owners.

Notts County have been issued a winding-up petition by HM Revenue and Customs over an unpaid tax bill, understood to be £200,000.

League Two's bottom club have been set a court date for 10 April.

However, Notts claim HMRC have taken an "extremely aggressive approach" and issued the petition after rejecting an offer to pay the debt over four weeks.

"Supporters are assured this matter will be settled in good time," said a club statement.

Notts, who are are five points from safety, are currently up for sale.

Owner Alan Hardy's interior design company Paragon Interiors went into administration on Wednesday but he has insisted their financial problems will not affect the club.

Notts said they had also received assurances from Paragon Interiors' administrators that they were supportive of his attempts to sell the club.

HMRC simply ensuring a back stop exists; if its indeed paid within 4 weeks nothing transpires, its all posturing on behalf of Hardy! Would he not do the same himself if the roles were reversed!
