Aye, it's dead, usually is the beginning of the week, gets busier wed, thurs, fri, and the weekends are **** also,
Just marinaded some beef in soy, garlic, ginger, basil, cinnamon, fish sauce, pepper and tomato puree. Will stir fry it with shredded cabbage, carrot and broccoli and mix in some noodles. That's for the boy tonight. Girls having poached salmon, mash, peas and broccoli. I've got monk fish. Don't know how I'm going to cook it. Maybe fried in some Indian spices. Or I might tikka it and whack it in the oven. In fact, that's what I'll do.
Monk fish now tikkad. Yoghurt, lemon juice (got no limes), cumin, garam masala, cayenne pepper, turmeric, ginger, garlic, salt, little bit of tomato puree.
Good choice, grilled monkfish can take robust spices such as Indian. Probably would have gone route myself.

Marks and Sparks stone baked pizza for me tonight. Fancied a really cheesy one from somewhere like Dominos but would end up with stomach problems for the next few days.
Had to have my gall bladder removed about 15 years ago and find now if I eat too much fatty food I get stomach pains.
