As i said earlier, you appear to be clouding your dislike for the girl (understandable) with the law. As for evading borders, she did that quite legally, maybe on her sisters passport, but who's failing is that, hers or customs, i call the latter considering she was only 15 at the time.

I was listening to the news and they were saying how isis women were not allowed to fight etc. They basically stayed home and had kids etc. This is why some women who returned we're not prosecuted etc. But in the main they weren't headline news

The girl said very CLEARLY in an interview (can't remember who with) she was nothing more 'than a housewife.' So people are talking bolloxs, they don't like her because she went and supported a terrorist organisation. Yes of that she is guilty, any other accusations are total bolloxs.
