If she's pennyless, presumably she was expecting the UK to pay her cab fair home. Anyway, if you can live like a King on a penny in Bangladesh, a pocket full of fresh air should bed worth a fortune in Syria.

I think that is a matter between her and her family. She is in a war zone or at least on the outskirts of one, in a refugee camp. If she wants to travel, she will need to pay for the means for that to happen, unless she hike a ride.

she had the possibility of obtaining Bangladeshii nationality
that's good enough to deprive her of citizenship under the British Nationality Act 1981 if “the Secretary of State may by order deprive a person of a citizenship status if the Secretary of State is satisfied that deprivation is conducive to the public good”.

I knew you'd make it eventually

Fair enough. I was just trying to get.my head around what others raised around her being tried by the syrians

If everyone knows where she is and they haven't even arrested her then I guess, as it stands it's no the syrians aren't. Like you said before though it may be subject to change as time goes on

The only crime to my knowledge that she has committed is by supporting a terrorist organisation. Therefore i'm not really sure what gripe the Syrians would have with a lone woman a child.

Ffs , she didn't just support them..She ran of, evading borders, to join them, and to become a terrorist making machine.

Making babies, even with terrorists is not a crime mate. Please feel free to show me any criminal legislation that says she couldn't have sex with a dutch guy who supported IS.

As i said earlier, you appear to be clouding your dislike for the girl (understandable) with the law. As for evading borders, she did that quite legally, maybe on her sisters passport, but who's failing is that, hers or customs, i call the latter considering she was only 15 at the time.

Hmm. Ok so this is a complete assumption

I was listening to the news and they were saying how isis women were not allowed to fight etc. They basically stayed home and had kids etc. This is why some women who returned we're not prosecuted etc. But in the main they weren't headline news

Is this simply a case of being so high profile that people would go apeshit if this girl could not legally be punished and was allowed to just get on with it?

Best thing from govt perspective would be to do as they are?

As I said complete shot in the dark this

The girl said very CLEARLY in an interview (can't remember who with) she was nothing more 'than a housewife.' So people are talking bolloxs, they don't like her because she went and supported a terrorist organisation. Yes of that she is guilty, any other accusations are total bolloxs.

She has become high profile so the powers that be want to make an example of her. Overlooking the fact she was groomed.

Cos housewives see heads in bins, and go 'meh'?

you're not fooling me here mate.

So not a stupid little 15 year old then?

Plus which part of her saying 'i was part of isis, don't you understand?

She was 15 ffs, she followed in the footsteps of not one, not two, not three, not four, not five....6, 7, 8 or 9 other kids but 10....most from Bethnal Green...and who do we blame, a 15 year old kid! Wow, just wow mate. She knew how to get there, where to be, how to find all the transport links, blah, blah, blah, wake up and smell the coffee mate.

Yeah I think the legal argument is the only real argument, and I do kind of agree with the grooming element. I do think that is something that needs looking at in detail in that particular school/community

The rest I haven't got involved with tbh. I was thinking about the comments of her being a cum guzzler etc. If the details are correct she married the Dutch guy at 15, only married him and had his kids and is still married to him. Tbf that's probably less cock than most teens have seen in the same time period <laugh> living on estates around here

But I get it's emotional and people were venting

She wouldn’t exactly admit to killing/ recruiting/ making weapons though, would she?

No one truly knows what she done whilst out there.

The fact is she joined ISIS. The organisation responsible for many atrocities both on our country and others. By sheer process of affiliation that’s enough to make her a terrorist, at least in my opinion.

Will it make you happier if we pretend she killed people then, will it fit the narratives better. She has fitted the criteria of a terrorist poster girl, and people have left their brains at the foot of the tabloids.

Yeah a stupid 15 year old...

Take a look at the world man, 15 year olds are a lot ****ing smarter than we where...You stick up for this skanky terror bredbbng whore all you like.

Simple fact, none of it will wash.

She waent to be a breeding machine, i doubt very much see was a virgin before she opted for the gang bang scenario.

She was in a war zone, you not seen dead bodies mate? (not having a pop)

Again without getting into the rights and wrongs and who started what I was watching the news with the last Israel Palestine thing and a news reporter from sky was doing a report, in full gear. He was surrounded by kids

Suddenly a rocket went up and the reporter.hit the deck and you could see the fear in his eyes. The kids looked at him bemused and just carried on

I remember thinking these kids won't give a **** if war breaks out as it's "normal" for them. Someone like me would probably be crying.

Dead bodies in Syria must be normal too, it's been devastation there even for those who weren't involved
